EQUIPMENT ASSESSMENTS

INSPECTIONS AND ASSESMENTS:

Inspections are mandated by the equipment manufacturer but also the law and / or governing institutions while an assessment is normally done by an owner who wants to know the exact technical state of their equipment and the possible financial & operational liability it is now or will become.

Equipment on the job-site will need a lot more attention then equipment returning to your facility regularly. While your asset is being managed by your (clients) team they will allow you regular inspection, maintenance & repair time or the lack thereof can turn into potential repairs, overhauls and unannounced down-time or even worse unsafe situations.

Shift, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Bi-annual, Annual and even multi-year inspections are called for by different organizations and the equipment manufacturers while some will demand load-testing, operational testing or just visual. Results of inspections are written, documented, stored for 1 month, 3 months or for the duration of ownership.

Inspections will sometimes mandate equipment to be taken out of service, while repair & part order times are specified and create a foggy area for fleet management departments. Our inspection reports are clear, indicate the conditions and how to get them resolved with no or the least impact on your operations.

Inspections we offer:

· EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS: according to OSHA, ASME and other (inter) national standards including manufacturer recommendations. Our work-order list comes standard with yearly inspections which will be sent to you by email.

· EQUIPMENT ASSESMENTS: our assessments are detailed with multiple oil samples pulled, documentation like Repair & PM sheets assessed for accuracy, equipment that needs maintenance & repairs being looked at and if agreed upon priced for labor & parts.

· ON & OFF-RENTS: intermediate on-site quality checks and a workorder with clear instructions and pictures.

· Repair bill Evaluation: stop the un-reasonable bills for after-the-fact repairs; let us evaluate the repairs proposed / invoiced by your vendor.

· NDT Inspections: hooks, wire rope & load testing / witnessing.
